“Scentless Plant Bugs“
Liorhyssus hyalinus is a species of bug that can be found in various regions around the world, including Europe, Africa, Australia, Asia, and the Americas. It is a small bug, measuring about 6.5–7.5 millimeters in length, with a yellow-brown to red body color and a dark abdomen. The distinctive feature of this species is the length of the hyaline membrane on its wings, which extends beyond the abdomen. As a plant feeder, it primarily feeds on Compositae and Erodium species.
