Adalia decempunctata is a species of beetle found in Europe, North Africa, and parts of Asia, with a body length of 3.5-5 mm. These beetles can have red, orange, or brown colors with 0-12 dark spots on their wings. They are commonly found in forests, parks, gardens, and grassy areas, feeding on aphids. Adalia decempunctata has eight varieties, with variations in color and spot patterns. The adults hibernate in leaf litter during winter.
